1. Service Agreement

By engaging Sophisticated Event Solutions for event planning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include event planning, coordination, vendor management, and related activities as specified in your service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your service contract. Typically, we require a 50% deposit upon signing, with the balance due 30 days before your event. Additional costs for changes or extras will be billed separately.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations within 90 days are subject to vendor cancellation policies and may not be refundable.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We maintain professional liability insurance and require appropriate insurance coverage for all events.

5. Intellectual Property

Event concepts, designs, and planning materials created by our team remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing.
